Oak & Pine Community Support Network

Who We Help

We support youth and young adults who may be facing:

  • Housing instability

  • Risk of involvement in crime or unsafe activities

  • School challenges

  • Lack of mentorship or positive role models

  • Low income or limited family support

  • Newcomer challenges

  • Difficulty finding safe community connections

Our goal is to help youth feel supported, respected, and guided toward a better future.

What We Do

1. Youth Safe Spaces Network

We help create safe and welcoming spaces where youth can connect, learn, and receive support.

These spaces allow young people to:

  • Stay away from unsafe environments

  • Build positive friendships

  • Connect with mentors

  • Join educational and skill-building programs

  • Feel safe, respected, and included

Housing Support and Community Connections

Safe housing is important for youth to focus on school, work, and personal growth.

We help youth connect with trusted community resources, housing support services, and caring people who can help them move toward stability.

We do not believe youth should face difficult situations alone

Youth Education Support

Education is one of the strongest tools for a better future. We help youth stay focused in school and build confidence in learning.

Our education support may include:

  • Free tutoring

  • Homework help

  • Math and science support

  • School guidance

  • Course selection support

  • Study skills

  • Encouragement to complete school

We want every young person to believe they can succeed.
